Quote and acceptance
A request is not acceptance. Commitment requires an accepted quote under its stated conditions. Prices, applicable tax treatment, deadlines and payment arrangements will be specified without hidden fees or assumed deposit.
Process and changes
The client supplies content and required rights, appoints a contact and approves milestones. Timelines depend on scope and feedback. Included revisions are specified; additions require prior written agreement.
Delivery and intellectual property
Formats, any source files and delivery arrangements are agreed in the quote. Usage rights require an agreement specifying uses, media, territory and duration. Third-party licences retain their own terms.
Liability and termination
Each party is responsible for its obligations under applicable law. Cancellation, termination, completed-work charges and formal notices follow the quote and law, without removing statutory consumer protection.
